More Free Flex Training!

Did you miss your opportunity to sign up for the Free Flex Training for ColdFusion Developers taking place today in Washington D.C.?

Well, you're in luck! They added another date in D.C. -- you can now attend on December 17th. You better sign up quickly; I bet this one will sell out too!

Thanks to astute reader dsmith for keeping an eye on this and letting me know!

I was able to attend the session on 11/20 - according to Figleaf, 200 people registered for an event intended for 80 (the seating available in the conference room). A good amount of material was covered - while it wasn't a substitute for real Flex training, it was enough to get started. I had sat in on a Flex seminar at CFUnited and the material presented there went right over my head (to be fair, there's only so much that one can teach or learn in an hour-long seminar). Here, it finally "clicked." Coupled with the free breakfast and lunch, it was well worth the trip to DC.

That's great! Glad it "clicked" for you. Writing Flex apps is so much fun and feels like a natural extension of my ColdFusion skills. Hopefully more Philly developers will be able to take advantage of this.
