FT CF Web Developer

Engel Publishing Partners is looking for a full-time, on-site CF Web Developer for a business-casual atmosphere. Responsible for developing, deploying and supporting a variety of web sites and web-based applications that integrate with systems and databases over public and private networks. This role oversees the progress of projects and liaises between interactive business unit, internal clients and technology vendors.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains web-based projects utilizing ColdFusion and other skills.
• Identifies, researches and resolves technical problems for interactive products. Documents and monitors the problem to ensure timely resolution and high level of customer satisfaction.
• Works with external resources to manage the IT infrastructure of the organization and provides in-house technical support.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of protocols, languages, databases and tool kits necessary for web design, development and support.
• Key skills: HTML, DHTML.ColdFusion Java, JavaScript, SQL Server, SQL databases, Microsoft Access/office products, various web graphical tools Ex: Photoshop.
• Self motivated to continually advance technical knowledge and proficiency.
• Must be detail and task-oriented with an eye for quality and consistency.
• Able to work independently and in a team with minimum supervision.
• Bachelors degree in Information Systems Technology, Technical School Certificate related to web development and design or equivalent experience in a technical/business environment.
