Adobe AIR Bus Tour coming to Philadelphia

As blogged by Rob Hall this morning, the Adobe AIR bus tour is coming to the Franklin Institute!

AIR is the official name for the platform formerly known as Apollo, the cross platform desktop runtime for rich internet applications built in HTML or Flex/Flash. It's awesome that we warranted a stop - so now all you need to do is show up!

A free event - at the Franklin Institute - with snacks and drinks on Adobe. Who wouldn't want to go?

Sign up here...you better do it soon as it's likely to fill up pretty fast! See you there!

Code Reviews

Everybody says you should do them, but no one tells you how to get started. I'll take you through what you need to do organizationally to make reviews possible, and effective, and share how to avoid the pitfalls that you might encounter.

Presentation by Terry Ryan, Senior Systems Programmer, Wharton Computing and Information Technology

Using the Adobe Flex toolkit for Salesforce.com

Salesforce.com is great, but Salesforce with an effective and user friendly interface is even better. This recently-released toolkit makes it easy to integrate your in-house systems with Salesforce data, allowing you to build rich charting and dashboard interfaces with just a few extra lines of code.

Presentation by Steve Rittler, President, CounterMarch Systems

Hope to see you there! Please leave a comment if you plan on attending so we have sufficient food and giveaways.
